TT yst's trning was too straining lahh! *protest ! *riot ! lol. ran 2.4km ( ? ) for warmup ! wtfishies -.- den PT did 25 jumps . 30 v-shape 25 weight lifting + jump , 15 backarch. 7 frigging times of WHEEL BARROW ! hand nearly broke ar ! chionged through eerything. lol pain daoooooo~ could rlly die. have been aching like crazy yst. i cant even rach my back. shoulder stiff dao cmi . leg aching. neck cannot rotate. ahhhhhhhhh TT im complaining . budden idc. PAINNNN ! D: geeeeeeeez. today was so badd ! zzz. woke up but could get up. had to slide all my way down. hahhahas! i felt silly XD in school realised all th xq were walking funny too.
